After your purchase, you’ll receive an email, text, or call with your unique address and service instructions. You can cancel anytime without any commitment. For our Mailbox & Key service, a one-time $25 setup fee will be applied in-store when you pick up your keys.  USPS requires each box holder to complete Form 1583, and we need to see two forms of ID at signing to verify the mailbox owner’s identity. Copies of the form will be available at our store when you pick up your key.

To continue signup for our mailbox service, complete USPS Form 1583 and have it notarized along with two forms of ID (one must be a photo ID). You can upload the notarized form and copies of your IDs using the form below, or visit our store to complete the process in person.
